Anthony Wayne Local Schools
Anthony Wayne is a great school district that is home to students living in Maumee, Monclova, Whitehouse, Waterville, and Perrysburg. The Anthony Wayne school district has consistently received excellent scores on the district report cards. Anthony Wayne has a great athletics program and is known for their music program, specifically their marching band, the Anthony Wayne Marching Generals.
Maumee City Schools is a great school district as well. They have received "excellent" ratings for many consecutive years. Athletically, many Maumee teams consistently post impressive records and the school has produced several nationally recognized athletes. Maumee City Schools also have a graduation rate of 94.9%. The school district consists of four elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school.
The Perrysburg Exemplified Village School district has six schools and serves over 4,500 students. They have a beautiful, brand new high school. Students in Perrysburg schools consistently score high on all standardized tests, including the state’s proficiency tests. The Ohio Department of Education has awarded the district an excellent rating on the state report card each year since 2001-2002.
The Sylvania School District is large and has twelve total school buildings, including two high schools, three junior high schools, and seven elementary schools. This past year, over 640 students graduated from the two Sylvania high schools, Northview and Southview. The Sylvania School District also has a great athletics program.
Springfield City School District is a great that offers a large variety of programs and services for students preschool through twelfth grade. With two high schools, four middle schools, and ten elementary schools, Springfield school district has plenty of room for everyone. Springfield schools also offer many honors and AP (Advanced Placement) classes for students in high school.
Toledo Public Schools offers a wide variety of educational programs. Each provides excellent learning opportunities by serving the needs, interests and abilities of students and families. Currently, a brand new high school is being built. Toledo Public Schools has many school buildings and offers many different programs.
